Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with more than thirteen years of post-qualification practice across direct tax, GST, exchange control and compliance for entities in the securities market.

Much of his recent work has gone into applying technology to compliance — reconciliation and analysis on GST and TDS datasets, and internal tools that take the manual work out of recurring filings. Clients notice it as faster turnaround and fewer surprises at year end.

Shilpa Maheshwari

Director

More than nine years in secretarial and securities law compliance, including in-house roles at two listed companies based in Ahmedabad. She has worked on a main board IPO, a rights issue, a buyback and other corporate actions, running these end to end with her team.

At Artha Vitta she leads SEBI and secretarial engagements for listed and unlisted entities. Where a matter requires certification by a practising Company Secretary, that certification is obtained from a member in practice.
