Careers
Work that isn't
only filing.
We are a small firm, which means the person who prepares a filing usually also understands why it is being made and talks to the client about it. If you are looking for a seat where the work is narrow and repetitive, this is not it.
Who we are looking for
Four kinds of seat.
Chartered Accountants
Direct and indirect tax, exchange control, and Virtual CFO engagements. Post-qualification experience helps but a qualified fresher who wants breadth will get it here.
Company Secretaries
Secretarial and SEBI compliance for listed and unlisted entities, working alongside a director who has run corporate actions from inside listed companies.
Semi-qualified and graduates
Accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and reconciliation work. B.Com, M.Com and management graduates who are comfortable with data and want to learn the law behind it.
Article assistants
Full three-year articleship. You will see tax, GST, secretarial and cross-border work rather than being placed on one client for three years.
What it is like
Honest about the trade-offs.
Broad, not deep, early on
In a small firm you touch more areas sooner. That is the main reason to be here, and it suits some people and not others.
Reviewed work
A director reviews before anything leaves the office. You will get feedback on substance, which is slower and more useful than being left alone.
Deadline-driven months
There are weeks in the year when the calendar decides your hours. We would rather say so than have you discover it in your second month.
Write to us.
Send your CV with a short note on the areas you want to work in. We read every one, and reply to those we can place. If nothing is open, we keep CVs on file for six months.
