This notice covers the website only. Personal data shared during a professional engagement is governed by the engagement letter and by our obligations of confidentiality.

Only what you choose to send. If you submit the enquiry form, that is your name, business name if given, email address, telephone number if given, the subject you select and the message you write.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request — for security and availability. These are not used to identify you and are not combined with form data.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is added later, this notice will be updated before that happens.

To read your enquiry, respond, and have the conversation that follows. If that becomes an engagement, the same details open the client file and meet the client due diligence we are required to perform.

We do not use your details for marketing, do not send unsolicited communication, and do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Consent, given by ticking the box before submitting the form, having read this notice. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and withdrawal is as easy as giving it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out while consent was in force.

Where law requires records to be retained — under tax or anti-money-laundering obligations arising from an engagement — that retention continues independently of consent.

Our website host and email provider process data on our instructions as Data Processors, under contract. Within the company, access is limited to those who need it to respond to you.

We disclose personal data to others only where a law, court or regulator requires it. We do not transfer personal data outside India except where hosting or email infrastructure necessarily involves it, and then only as the Act permits.

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we erase the submission and related correspondence within twenty-four months of our last exchange, or sooner if you ask.

If it does lead to an engagement, records are kept for the period our statutory and professional obligations require, and erased once that period ends.

Under the Act you may ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been processed; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it where we are not required to retain it; withdraw consent; nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity; and escalate an unresolved grievance to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to us and we will respond within the period prescribed under the Act.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and email sit on access-controlled accounts protected by multi-factor authentication. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board and affected persons as the Act requires.

Please do not send confidential documents, financial credentials or login details through the enquiry form.

This website is meant for businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone below eighteen. If you believe we have, write to us and it will be erased.
